Free tutorials on HTML and CSS

People often think it is extremely difficult to make a website. That is not the case! Everyone can learn how to make a website. HTML.net provides an excellent set of tutorials on HTML (15 lessons) and CSS (16 lessons). Once you complete the tutorials, you should be able to build a simple website to show-off to the world. Keep in mind that the tutorial will not show you everything. So some engagement and a will to experiment are required.
